Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email first.
good idea:
1. For your convenience, we recommend returning your package via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not provide a credit line without proof of receipt. You are responsible for shipping returns and must prepay shipping.
2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, untailored and unstyled (no makeup, deodorant or rubbing), including gift and product packaging. Faulty products must be reported by email within 14 days of receipt. If you do not report, we will not give you a loan. If you believe that you have not received the right product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Report email: service.center.1@outlook.com.
3. Customers will be charged no more than one shipping fee (including returns), users do not incur restocking fees for returned products. If the return is due to buyer problem. We do not provide return labels. Restocking fees must be paid for orders that are rejected or returned by the customer due to the "delivery failure" address. Unauthorized refusals after delivery are not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized refusals/returns is borne by the buyer.
return:
1. If the return is caused by our problem (such as wrong product, product quality problem), we will give you a full refund;
2. If the return is due to buyer problem (e.g. you don't like/want it, ordered the wrong item/size), we will deduct $20 from the refund since the shipping and handling cost will be lost, you need to contact us for refund within one month of receipt.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected. Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4. If you have any problems with your order/product/payment, please contact us first. If you return the product without contacting us or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not refund or make a complaint according to our policy.
Cancellation and exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours via our customer service email (service.center.1@outlook.com). For more than 2 hours we couldn't be sure if it would work.
If you wish to change your order before it ships, there is a $5 fee; we cannot change/cancel your order once it ships.
Once your order has shipped, if you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email service.center.1@outlook.com for refund information.
The right to return is reserved:
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine and limit, deny and/or refuse customer returns at any time for the following reasons:
1. History of irregular or excessive returns;
2. Irregular or excessive returns of used, altered, washed, damaged or lost items;
3. Potential fraud or crime.
Incorrect products delivered to us will be rejected upon receipt.
Excessive Returns: Our Customer Protection Team also addresses situations where a customer’s returns history may indicate fraudulent activity. In these cases, the Customer Protection Team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine if we should decline future service. While we never want to turn our customers away, we must ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all our customers around the world.
