Why is my order shipped in a different package?

If you have an order for several items, they can all be shipped from different international warehouses, depending on which one is fastest. Or, if an item is popular and arrives a bit late, we can ship them in different packages at different times so your order doesn't arrive as quickly as possible!

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped directly from our multiple local and international warehouses, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! As our range is very popular, please note that it will take 10-20 days for your order to arrive in Poland (depending on the product). Are there taxes?

Prices listed on our website exclude tax and are in US dollars, which means that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
